Both Alex Waugh and Nigel Bennett took part in last month’s Global Grains virtual conference.
The event brings together all parts of the global grain trading community, from traders to the ultimate end-users of millers and crushers from every major grain trading region.
Alex chaired a panel discussion analysing the European flour markets, including the impact CV19 has had on the structure of the supply chain, while Nigel ran a session exploring some of the opportunities offered up by our virtual mill technologies.
