It’s World Flour Day on March 20, and will be using the opportunity to showcase the value of flour, not only in terms of the volume and range of foods in the UK that contain flour, but also the nutritional contribution those foods make to the diet. The FAB Flour website has a page dedicated to the event.
In addition, we are partnering with The Baking Nanna to host a Twitter bake-along to celebrate and raise the profile of the day and also the wide range of flours available for homebaking. The bake-along will launch on March 2 and run throughout March.
